As a result of Kerrs claims sale... SGX will now hold about 4.5 million shares of OAK... which represents about 8% of OAK... on a fully-diluted basis... OAK is VERY tightly held and good results there could send stock up bigtime. Only 54 million shares out on a fully diluted basis. They also did just raise some money for drilling. Would have liked SGX to retain some ownership there but who knows why they did it and it may pay off nicely.

I would like to see similar deal where SGX JVs 50% of GE to KXL in exchange for cash and shares.
