Nice one Fizzy, lol

I can't rationalise why KXL would want to JV the GE with Sage. They have enough properties of their own to deal with including 3 km of strike length on the golden mile. I suppose If Sage can prove something is there, there would be lot's of takers.

Anyway, a JV would likely not bring any hard cash to Sage, but the JV company would be spending some money on exploration to earn in their share giving Sage a free ride on their portion for a period of time.

If there is a JV, I'd rather see it done with a producer who has a good supply of cash and lot's of expertise. things would likely happen much more quickly that way.
