Just noticed Kerrs project section removed from SGX website. I realize it's a done deal but... Why did SGX sell 100% interest in all Kerrs claims to OAK-v and not just those claims affected by the lapse-restaking dispute? Yes the claims lapse/re-staking fiasco did concern a few claims where much previous work had been done BUT last summer SGX staked an enormous land position in the area and these claims were completely unaffected by the dispute. Why sell a 100% interest in ALL of these claims to OAK and not just those tangled up in the dispute?

Of particular interest would have been the claims to the south which were contiguous with EXS-v discovery at Eastford Lake and not drill tested by either SGX or OAK. It was my understanding OAK will be drill testing this area with their next drill program. By selling 100% interest in these claims (unaffected by claim lapse dispute) SGX has relinquished any exposure to favorable results here. All the previous work... all the additional staking... all the work signing MOU with First Nations people in the area... all the TIME... all for nothing?
