With the amount of cash and shares that need to be issued I wonder how Sage intends on continuing to drill all of these properties. Do they are they going to have any funds left in their coffers? I notice in their financials they indicate total cash of $15M but that is assuming the exercise of warrants at a price that I don't think would make sense.

Does any think they may have over extended themselves??
