Further to this... upon further thought... would seem that GE drilling is the portion of drilling that was scrapped... the only positive reason to scrap this drilling IMO is that they have finally decided to JV GE to someone else and therefore, does not require further drilling by SGX... maybe KXL?... or maybe entire GM-GE claim package being sold?... who knows... or, alternatively on the more realistic side... maybe they realized they don't have enough money to drill GE this year after all...
