i believe this is our only hope a merger of some kind

Mark i can,t see a large producer want to pick up kxl or sgx for the land portfolio, if kxl comes out with a monster resource yes

sgx should have been doing jv,s several years ago dto limit their exposure and preseve cash and keep share structure in tact
