IMO SGX and KXL would be a nice fit... both companies beaten to a pulp by the market... both have obvious Au assets... both have Ni-Cu assets... SGX has open-pittable NI 43-101 Cu-Ag Onaman deposit... KXL will have NI 43-101 Golden Mile Au deposit soon... both companies have tons of properties where surface exploration indicates drilling prospect... combined company land position in BG would be untouchable... Just speculating... to take it a step further... if combined SGX-KXL merged with Goldstone (i.e. NI 43-101 Au and mill)... then we;d have major shareholder value created in short order... IMO... but hey what do I know?...

P.S. Kodiak does need a CEO to take company to next level IMO.
