This company has 30 million shares out (f/d) and a share price of $.74 for a mrketcap of $22.2 million.

THEY OWN NO PROPERTIES!!

Management Team

Bruce Mcleod - CEO - also president of creston Moly (formerly Tenajon)

Catherine Mcelod Seltzer - director - Bruce's sister and was instrumental in the discovery at Arequipa (bought by Barrick in '96)

Michael Kenyon - Chairman - former CEO of Canico (bought by CRVD), founding director of cumberland resources (bought by Agnico), founding director and CEO of Sutton resources (bought by Barrick)

Jonathan Rubenstein - director - see Kenyon and also director of Aurelian

There are 4 others ... but simply put the value of this company is 100% management and literally nothing else ... when they do cherry pick their next property WATCH OUT. (they are also presenting at PDAC in March)

If They decided to acquire any one of Sages properties I would jump in with both feet without blinking an eye.
