Dear Shareholders,

Agoracom will no longer be providing Investor Relations and Marketing for SAGE Gold Inc. effective February 16, 2010 and will be converting the Hub to a free discussion board.

Please continue to visit and comment on all of SAGE Gold’s future activities. A Hub Leader can now be appointed to monitor all future discussions.
