Ex partner Sheltered Oak allows Kerrs mining claims to lapse :

Pursuant to the Mining Act the following mining claims have come open for staking for not filing assessment work on them.. These claims would potentially cover the on strike extension of the Kerrs Zone if an extension should exist. Rumor has it that the claims have already been restake by an arms length individual.
