There still begs the question for the public to know. Who got the patent first. It seems that Mr Viera and Mr Kapadia and possibly others? Was the patent made out to Star as a company or was it made to individuals or a group.
I am sure SNA and AMA are not going to battle in this forum.
From what I can see in news releases is that Mr Viera (who is part of AMA was involuntarily named) and Mr Kapadia must have been partners. Obviously these partners have split as they both work for different companies. SNA has taken the offensive (always a good move in my opinion) AMA has taken the defensive position. Odds of winning? I enjoy a good game of poker now and then. I personally would agree with offensive action in a good poker game or in business.
There is another question then. How long has mr Viera been associated with AMA and was AMA in existence before Mr Viera became part of it.
Enquiring minds want to know. Do we have access to that info as well?
