Hi Allwyn, welcome to our forum. Great question. The actual fact of the matter is that SNA is trading in tremendous volumes of shares. Unfortunately in the last couple of weeks you have not been able to see it as it has been offered privately through SNA.
I personally purchased 500,000 shares in the last week. You would not see that on the TSX. The reason is that SNA has offered 20,000,000 shares to raise funds to accomodate their operating costs. This effectively enables SNA to raise 2 million dollars to cover their expenses when revenues are not covering . This is very typical of start up companies. One can take a look at a very successful company like RIM as an example that I believe went through similar growing pains.
SNA is on the verge of generating large volumes of revenue if you care to go back and read a post I wrote two nights ago. If you would also like go back to the news releases around the beginning of November that disclose the MOU's with the Chinese Airlines. SNA is also very close to finishing deals with Pakistan and India. I also understand one of the SNA engineers Dale Sparks had meetings recently in Calgary prior to going to China that went well. There is definitely an anticipation for good news. Mr Kapadia's interview was released not only on Agoracom but also on Yahoo. I personally am getting the feeling that of a surfer when he sees the big wave coming that he wants to catch a ride on.
I like to think of it this way. If I were a CEO or a CFO or a COO that was in China or in Calgary for that matter, would I buy shares in SNA through the TSX or would I buy them direct with a warrant of .30. The fact of the matter, is that what you don't see would cause you to open your eyes wide if you knew that 20,000,000 shares traded hands in the last two weeks. The news bullitans are there to interpret.
What you see is a measly 3,000 shares trading. What I see is a shit load of shares trading just not publicly and for good reason.
Not to worry my friend, with the volume of shares that are out there and the fact that people have not been wiilling to sell them at the bid prices offered shows me that people have faith in this company and are anticipating good things to come.
Perhaps I can share this with you. I have been a real estate agent for 23 years. My job has been to interpret real estate values and trends for a long time. I do lots of things, one of which is to report pricing increases or decreases of property values in the area that I work in. I have negotiated deals on thousands of houses. I have trained, coached, managed, recruited, hired and fired real estate agents. There are always 3 sides to a story. The one most important is the one in the middle that is not told. Remember that and you can understand a lot.
Anyways guys, I had a couple of wobbly pops while I wrote this and I hope it makes sense. Enough for now I have to shut down because tomorrow is another day.
Good luck to us all!
