Star Navigation Confirms Stock Options

TORONTO, March 10, 2009 - Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. (TSX-V: SNA) ("Star" or the "Company"), a leading edge technology company focused on providing Aerospace Solutions, both hardware and software platforms to assist aviation operators worldwide, is pleased to confirm the grant of incentive stock options to certain officers and directors. The option grants, referred to in its release dated September 16, 2008, were confirmed by the Board November 6, 2008.

Options were granted to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,030,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company. The options expire November 5, 2013 and are exercisable at a price of $0.15 per share.
