Hey Bondman, there are quite a few Power of Sales out there but like everything else you have to be careful. When I was selling I could always find a better house for just about the same kind money. You always have to remember that people couldn't afford the mortgage they lose interest in maintaining the home. Most of the time they need fixing up and by the time you bring them back to shape you could have bought a nicer house and not spent the time and energy. I have 120 agents working for me so if you need any help let me know.

In regards to the Big 3, any one of them could drop at anytime. It's nice to think of it as the domino effect but my opinion is that when one drops just like dominos, its all forward momentum. SkyLink has been very good for us coming back and re-ordering the way they do. They have been very pleased with our product and the service we provide and others have been noticing. When you think about it Sept-Nov wasn't that long ago, especially in the aviation business. I know we get frustrated sometimes when we don't hear when something is happening. With all the stuff that SNA is juggling right now I am sure something should be happening soon I hope.

Getting a mandate from India could happen anytime soon as well. Note NR, Sept 8th.

I have also pasted Nov 12 NR re China which should also should be moving full speed ahead. Interesting to note that China invited SNA to attend their air show.

Star will be attending the China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition (Airshow China) which will take place November 4th - 9th in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, in southern China. Members of Star's engineering team will be arriving in China this week to continue with the technical integration discussions. Airshow China is the only international aerospace trade show in China that is endorsed by the Chinese central government. It features the display of real-size products, trade talks, technological exchange and flying display. With the vigorous development of the Chinese aerospace industry and especially the launch of the "Large Aircraft Project", Airshow China will reward exhibitors with unprecedented business opportunities.

TORONTO, Sept. 8 - Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. (TSX-V: SNA) ("Star" or the "Company"), a leading edge technology company focused on providing Aerospace Solutions, both hardware and software platforms, to assist aviation operators worldwide, is pleased to announce that India's Directorate General of Civil Aviation ("DGCA") has contacted the Indian Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, Department of Telecommunication (WPC-Wing) and has formally requested consideration of applications by airline operators for the allotment of required bandwidth for use with Star's TERRASTAR:Real-Time Monitoring System(TM).

This request not only demonstrates DGCA support for Star's TERRASTAR:Real-Time Monitoring technology, but also underlines the working relationship that Star has with the Indian aviation authorities.

Mr. Dale F. Sparks, Chief Technical Officer of Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. stated, "We see great opportunity in the S.E Asia/Pacific aviation sector, and it is a significant part of our overall strategy. Acquiring the necessary bandwidth for communications is critical to our success in this market and it begins with regulatory approvals from the relevant government departments and ministries. Therefore, we approached this directive very tactfully and ambitiously."

The request for bandwidth is a necessary step in the process of getting Star's technology installed on aircraft in the region.

Mr. Kapadia, Chairman and CEO of Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. stated, "This is in keeping with our recent initiatives in India and South East Asia. We are in the process of opening an office in New Delhi, in order to take advantage of the growth in aviation services in the region. Although airlines worldwide face significant challenges, a recent Airports Authority ofIndia forecast predicts a 21.6% annual increase in Indian passenger traffic (domestic and international) over the next 5 years."(Source: Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation, and Airports Authority ofIndia ). Kapadia continued, "This is a good example of the reception of our exclusively licensed, patented technology. We are pleased with both the tone and the significance of the DGCA's recent actions with respect to our system."

TORONTO, Nov. 12 - Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. (TSX-V: SNA.V) ("Star or the Company"), a leading edge technology company focused on providing Aerospace Solutions to aviation operators worldwide, is pleased to announce that a detailed Collaborative Framework Agreement ("CFA") has been signed with the Shanghai Aero Measurement-controlling Research Institute ("SAMRI"), a subsidiary of AVIC - China Aviation Industry Corporation. (Please see press releases October 29 and November 10, 2008).

The CFA outlines the working relationship between SAMRI and Star with the objective of supplying a jointly branded version of Star's TERRASTAR:Real-Time Monitoring(TM) system ("TERRASTAR:RTM(TM)") to Chinese Original Equipment Manufacturers ("OEM") for installation on new and existing commercial passenger aircraft in China as part of the Big Commercial Aircraft ("BCA") project, China's entry into the large commercial aircraft field. As noted in Star's press release dated October 29, China has already begun making large commercial aircraft and has raised the possibility of competition for Boeing and Airbus in the country's booming market for new planes. China is expected to be the world's fastest-growing aviation market, and is expected to need 3,710 aircraft to meet unprecedented demand over the next 20 years. (Source: Boeing/AFP Oct. 29/08) The partners are moving ahead to establish joint teams to address the following:

- Requirements specific to the Chinese aviation industry,
- Engineering specific to the Chinese-developed aircraft,
- Production and delivery of technology and components to
satisfy Chinese aviation industry requirements, and,
- Installation, training, support and operation of the
jointly-branded BCA-TERRASTAR:RTM(TM).

COMAC - "Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd." (previously CACC) has already booked over 208 ARJ21 (100 seat) aircraft orders. Mr. Viraf Kapadia, CEO of Star stated, "The rapid development of our relationship with SAMRI (a subsidiary of AVIC) and COMAC is a good indication that the next generation of commercial aircraft will be a significant market for our products. We are looking forward to building upon this relationship to include other members of the Chinese aviation industry. We always look at both the short-term and the long-term. In the short-term, we are constantly improving and innovating, improving our processes and building our sales force. This agreement is for the long-term; it is a part of building sustainable relationships and this success helps us with our other ongoing efforts in Europe, North America and Asia.

Mr. Dale F. Sparks, CTO of Star, in Calgary presenting at the Air Transport Association of Canada Annual general meeting and enroute to China, commented "Part of the OEM process is to ensure that the technology not only delivers significant immediate value, but also provides a means for future benefit and support, as the demands of the aviation environment change - and our TERRASTAR:RTM(TM) system does exactly that. We look forward to the cross-training of the SAMRI technical personnel and the subsequent integration discussions. This is a strategic partnership opportunity and a very exciting project."

Star's V.P. Marketing & Sales, Mr. Amir Bhatti said at the Zhuhai Air Show, "This agreement is vital in order to enable Star to meet the demands of the relatively untapped commercial aviation industry of China. We are very glad to partner with SAMRI."
