6,000,000 shares sold in a private placement that wasn't open or announced and they are picked up in a heart beat. Shares selling for .05 to .065 and a couple of hundred thousand of shares trading on the TSX and the six million sold at .08.
Kinda shows you that there are people who believe in this company, don't it. The only thing that I would have liked to see was these shares selling on the open market. Now that would be some volume. Can bet your ass the share price would have gone up. Based on the bid asks recently that kind of volume would have pushed the price up past .20. All we need now is India or Pakistan to come through and we are off to the races.
The nay sayers have been clamoring that we have no sales. I know we have proven ourselves with SkyLink and that they have come back to order more, an action that speaks volumes in my books. A small order in Pakistan shows me that SNA was not just sitting still when working with PIA. Shows me that if we can get a small order the larger one will come.
This MOU from China further demonstrates to me that we do have the technology. SNA was personally invited by China as guests to their airshow last year. I personally checked their list of registrants. SNA was not on that list as a registrant as they were invited guests to show what SNA could do. Mr, Dale Sparks must have done one helluva a job because the MOU's followed. Granted they have not yet put dollars in SNA's coffers but that should soon follow.
Prior to going to China Mr Sparks was in Calgary and further demonstrated to many important people in the aviation business what we had to offer. I hear that many were impressed. One thing every one knows in the aviation business is that everything moves quite slowly. On that note ....
Update to the Company's press release dated May 23, 2007, the trial
evaluation of Star's In-Flight Safety Monitoring System ("ISMS(TM)") on a PIA
Airbus A-310 has been underway for some time. The testing and evaluation phase trial is now complete and all system expectations were met or exceeded.
Final negotiations are underway regarding a formal agreement and PIA's
decision is expected shortly. The government of Pakistan has provided
approvals for use of Iridium's satellite system over Pakistan. STC approvals
for Airbus A-310-300 are complete for Pakistan and Star intends on pursuing
STC approvals for additional aircraft types once a formal agreement has been executed with PIA.
High time PIA came through don't ya think. Like I said before things move slowly in the aviation world, it happens when it happens, Wonder what the the stock value will go to when that happens. I guess you have to pay to play in this game and you have to buy a ticket if you want to win.
Good Vibes All
