AMS just woke up and smelled the coffee. We've known about the Next Gen for quite some time. We have already built a system that surpasses it.

If anyone has studied the patents and SNA and AMS they first would see that SNA registered theirs first. AMS has differentiated themselves with their patent two years later by sending their signal by e-mail. The transmission itself is an electronic transmission which contravenes our patent to begin with in my opinion.

Here is the beauty of the differentiation. By virtue of the difference they have encumbered themselves.

Based on their write up of their AGM they have acknowledged that they need more R&D to improve their system. If they can reach 10,000 parameters per minute, how do you think they can do that by e-mail. I have trouble getting mine sometimes and its only 5 kb.

This is how I see it. Poor little old SNA that everyone thinks was ready to delist off the TSX is now poised for take off. We no longer have a budget for more R&D, we no longer have large legal bills to pay. We have streamlined our product, have the capability now of quick and large quantity production. Imagine accomplishing all of that on the budget that we had left to work with. While AMS has been gloating about how much money they have in their coffers and how many sales they have it certainly has been accomplished with short sightedness. Now what? Whats the life span of your product at this moment. How quickly can you scramble to improve your product. When and if you do, how will you transmit your signal. Don't want to dilute. We did ( and not by much in comparison) and are far ahead of your technology. Go to SNC to get funding. They should look very carefully at your patent and then look at ours. Your e-mail system is not capable.


AMS now has to look at their outdated product that does not have a viable transmission capapbility even if they can improve it. I also understand that there is 2 million worth of stock sitting in a warehouse. How are you going to sell that?
