It's shares or nothing you mean. At least they can show a capital loss. Poor Mr. Vieira, his $60,000 is now down to $40,000 and he hasn't even gotten the shares yet.

Has anybody questioned and investigated the time requirements, cost and what the process is for obtaining STC's. The Certification statement below might not be exactly accurate where it states for "each type of aircraft". I'm sure that as investors you've all satisfied yourselves that a couple of years is well worth waiting because this new system far exceeds the next gen requirements and it can handle 18000 parameters or whatever they're claiming.

Certification:

Transport Canada and the Federal Aviation Administration issue Star with the appropriate Supplemental Type Certificates, which approve system installations and operation for each type of aircraft.

Of course I could be mistaken but it appears to me that this approval clearly states on which aircraft the installation can be performed.

This FAA STC is for a Boeing 737 and 767, please note that it's approving a partially functioning ISMS. This STC doesn't really matter because now that there's a brand new box, they're probably going to have to start the approval process all over again.

These are the four authorities AMS has been focusing on for approvals, Transport Canada, FAA, EASA (Europe), VSTC (China). Yes, that's right China, it only took a couple of years but AMS got some approvals for the more common models.
