FDR Black box improvements

Agree with both of you BL and Hockeydad, the NEED is there. Latest incidents involving Airbus 330 belonging to Air France and another Airbus on the coast of Indian Ocean from Yemen Airlines are prime examples....of why changes are imminent.

That's why the pressure from the FAA, changes are needed and the "RUSH" is on for extreme measures to be taken. Pierre Jeanniot has been saying this for years and as BL said old school boys take to changes well "old school" slow and steady. Well the time for cost savings, better maintenance, instant parts availability and more importantly "Passenger Safety" has to be priority.....like a friend from China said this year 2010 is

"THE YEAR OF THE STAR"
