Not 100% sure on this, but believe that the 133k is only half the bid, as the 7k is only half the ask. When this stock went under $1, my bids and asks on the level 2 only showed half of the full amount of shares for sale or buy. The rest of the orders were displayed that were assigned to the other exchanges that SLI is traded on, ie Alpha, ATS, CHI.
