The judge may take a while as the implications of his decision can be far reaching.I would care to guess he is studying any related case law and may have some peer consultation to determine the outcome.

In the case of SLI if a sound basis has been given for probable malfeasence,or lack of dilegence,and the judge rules that Prima facie is cause to proceed with an investigation of misconduct or criminal charges it will be a seperate part of his decision from the proxy dispute.
