It is amazing how they make rules as they go along. I sitting next to Robert Krause in the lobby at the AGM when Tina came up to him and told him to come into the meeting room. Robert responded to her by saying that he didn't have any shares and she told him that it didn't matter, that he was a director. Seems a little strange to proclaim him a director before the meeting even began?
