The fact our ceo didn't step down when an astounding ~64 000 000 votes were cast NOT in her favor proves my point regardless of the legal technicalities that discounted the votes. At the very least I would expect the BOD to put someone in her place but nope. Apparently shareholder preference has no bearing. Good luck with funding.
