James Darcel is the author of our infamous "Mining Stock Report";

Note: you can download the report from the above link for further examination.

James also holds a significant position for this firm presented below,

Here is a little biography sort of him:

I find James interesting because of whats below , amongst other things;

Description: NAVigator Capital Management Inc. is a privately owned hedge fund sponsor. The firm primarily provides its services to high net worth individuals. It invests in the public equity and hedging markets of North America and Canada. For its long positions, the firm typically makes its investments in value stocks and for its short positions; it invests in overvalued stocks of small-cap, mid-cap, and large-cap companies. It uses merger and convergence arbitrage, index hedging, and pairs trading to compliment portfolio diversification. The firm also employs other arbitrage strategies, participation in favorable private placements, spin-off opportunities and reorganizations to make its investments. It typically employs a top-down approach to select its sectors with a fundamental analysis and a bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio mix. The firm also utilizes a quantitative and a qualitative analysis to make its investments. NAVigator Capital Management was founded in May 2003 and is based in Toronto, Ontario.

The mention of shorting intrigues me as well as does the hedge fund concept and their practices.
I will also mention that the "Mining Stock Report" was released to the public on the day our stock price hit the highest ever, of around $2.83 per share, with the "report" suggesting a possible ~$3.50 per share, this day also being months before any results were ever released from SLI on this property.
I believe the media may have some future interest in this as well, with perhaps some questions.
