I should also say, shareholders have been denied public auction in the proposed transaction.I really can,t see how the TSX or the BCSC could condone such an action from management. Also, I believe this matter most certainly has to be looked at by the CSA (Canadian Securities Association),if the TSX and BCSC fail to respond.

I ask that the whole BOD of SLI resign immediately.
