10) We, as shareholders have no affirmation that the company,s burn rate has been stabilized by the audit committee. Without management compensation, among other expenditures, being restructured or stabilized, we have no assurance that this PP cash will not instantly be consumed by any good faith bills lying at the office. Without shareholders knowing the present condition of the company,s treasury and steps taken to assure shareholders, that the monies will be prudently and competently applied to expenditures that have the shareholders best interests in mind, we cannot condone this PP. The current financials is a must to be released as well. The TSX should put this PP on hold until such steps are taken that secure investors best interests, and to assure that the TSX is accountable to its protective mechanisms for shareholders, that it has in place.
