"working capital" is a common phrase on news releases, and of course means any costs the company incurs, salaries, rent, elelctricity etc.

It is normal, the company have simply raised the money to keep going, not to add value in the ground.

You can't have it both ways, if you boycott the PP, of course all the new shares may fall into hands friendly to Lori, and vote for her in any future AGM.

If you participate (If you're allowed!) then you are funding her wages, expenses, and benefits.
