That is about the size of a ton of loose rock, 1 ton of intact rock is smaller yet.

That ton of rock would have to grade around 75 ounces gold per to equate to the amount that the Cueva Blanca was sold for. The Cruz vein on the Cueva Blanca seemed to have around a grade of 3/4 ounces per ton or more, if I remember correctly. That being said, around a hundred times that amount of rock at the grade from the Cruz vein, would equate to roughly what the Cueva Blanca was sold for. Dynacor trucks haul around 20 ton, so about 5 truck loads of the Cruz vein material could pay for the property. This amount of ore could possibly be blown out in a day at the Cueva Blanca property, I am guessing, without a little more research or refreshing at this time.

In the Tesoro area, (Acari Region), there are veins there that have had grades up to as high as 80 ounces gold per ton. So, if one of these type veins were found on the Tesoro, then yeah, that amount of rock in your photo, could easily be worth the same amount as the Cueva Blanca was sold for, totally ridiculous.

From Sat images, there appears to be a long big building sitting right on top of the Cruz Vein at the Cueva Blanca. A weird place to put a building, on top of a vein, don,t you think?

imo
