Hulkster, may I suggest you revealing who you really are or affiliated with? The shareholders here have up their guards and those will remain. Any chance for reconciliation at this point, either from the BOD or protective agencies, including all connected, are very slim. We have seen no moves by any of compromise and must stand our ground with the premise that we are up against much more than just the BOD of our investment. Our full argument with all supporting evidence will not be revealed publicly, and I don,t have to say why.

I suggest that a simple review of all laws may reveal the many problems now and any futuristic ones. As you know, any lawyer before court, does not reveal his game plan and strategy. :)
