Liegh Akin would also be classed as an insider at least in any TTAGIT happenings, with IGD. I do not know if he owns any shares of IGD, but both Leigh and Bob were/are directors and perhaps owners of TTAGIT,a private company, that IGD bought the ~50% ownership in.

For this matter, anyone holding an insider position in TTAGIT, would perhaps be considered an insider in IGD. This would include any TTAGIT employees as well as the Executive of that private company. If any of the above mentioned held any IGD stock and did any trading, there may be an issue with that by the regulators of the Exchange.
