I don,t believe the shareholders right plan, (poison pill), will have any effect on a proposed buyout by shareholders of the company if shareholders hold the majority of the outstanding shares, ie; 55%.Not to get in too deep, but it is not a concern for me at this time. Also, the effective date and if it has been updated and currently approved by shareholders should be checked to inform its current status.
