You say the only hope is for new directors being voted in. Well from what ive seen this BOD seems really good at 'slipping through the cracks'. Myself.. id like to see an attempt at taking the company over period. Maybe its less likely to be successful and maybe thats your opinion. Can you refer me to what makes you feel so strongly that the takeover attempt will fail? Ive heard nothing but support for the idea from shareholders I know, which is more encouraging to me than having a repeat scenerio.
