You only had a brief moment to jot down those ideas? you're sorry? who are you trying to fool with that last sentance, the read would have been much more credible had you left that out. Man this is getting old.

P.S. Does any body know yet who the individuals involved in the purchase of Cuvea Blanca are? Was there a finders fee paid to anyone for the sale of this property?
