Can someone varify this, it is my understanding that the circular for AGM must be out 45 days prior to AGM, if so according to my calculations it should be out today and IGD out yesterday. If Lori takes full 15 months for AGM , she could stretch it out to Mar. 27, so from mar. 12 to mar. 27 gives her 15 days to change Agm date once or more times like last year, people dont book your rooms yet. and have your share certificate in hand. Any info is welcome.
