Are you for real santa? You reap what you sew. Dealing with self inflicted work is not my problem and certainly does not justify an increase imo. With that many complaints are you saying she had no part in their cause and deserves compensation for dealing with them? Lol. If you're looking for more positive discussion you are going down the wrong path here. Do you really want to discuss these issues? You will most certainly not change many opinions, but rather bring anger and frustration back to the focal point...not that it went away.
