I would suggest you are sublimanily trying to send a mesage here!
In the past, commencing in around 2005 I believe, Lori has commenced civil proceedings against BB posters three or four times, for defamation.
- Have any of these actually proceeded to a court hearing?
- And if so, what was the result?
- And if they didn't, why was an action started that didn't proceed?
- Did anyone ever publically apologise?
- And if not, why didn't the proceedings ever go to court?
- I wonder why the CEO of one company has had to commence civil proceedings for defamation so many times over the years?
Why is there such a delay in the current proceedings? (the required information about IP address and poster details can be obtained in weeks, if not days, and is frequently done so)
I would suggest that these proceedings aren't going anywhere, like the others that preceeded them, (unless you can prove otherwise of course!), but if you can post proof they they did in fact conclude in favour of Lori, please post that proof and I will change my stance.
