With all due respect lets move on already....Talk is cheep!

I would agree with you 100%..but it is hard to argue that management hasn't been incredibly expensive...and furthermore there is every reason to beleive that nothing will change considering nothing has in a very very long time.

Maybe you could take a crack at my earlier post posing the questions regarding compelling reasons to keep or remove our current management?
