This was a misrepresentation in the White Proxy in which apparently ISS and Justice Steeves may have been tricked in believing that the White Proxy was a valid document. If SLI lawyers stated anywhere in their defence that the White Proxy was legit and was foundationed with merit, a certain degree of accountability may rest on the lawyers as negligence and perhaps trickery of the court, which is unlawful.
