Message: the C-2 vein, very important

The first excerpt is taken from a 2008 technical report. You can clearly see how when this vein was sampled at surface, that the grades were around .41 ounces gold per ton. In the second excerpt, you can clearly see that around 2010, the actual mining grade, while going deeper underground, has shot up tremendously to averaging 3.14 ounces gold per ton. (In comparison, the N-1 vein found as a result of the Quantec, had a surface grade of 2.52 ounces per ton, we have received no more information on this vein since then, but lots of trenching was done in the area of the N-1, with no clarity if other veins were found there or if more samples were taken of the N-1) (The location of the N-1 vein is on a different part of the property but was used to compare what happened when the C-2 vein at surface was sampled and how the grades shot up when bulk sampled deeper.)

12-3-1: SURFACE EXPLORATION, C2 VEIN

A total of 33 samples were collected along a strike length of 215 meters on the

C2 Vein. Mainly, the samples were from shallow exploration pits and deeper

pits from previous “informale” operations that are partly filled with waste rock.

Results confirm that although grades are generally lower than those

encountered initially in near-surface sampling of the C1 Vein, grades are far

more consistent than those obtained from underground workings in the A4 Vein

System. That is to say, there are far less grey and black assays (sub-ore-grade)

than are encounterd at the A4 Vein. The C2 Vein trends 330 degrees and dips

70-75 degrees to the northeast. The average width of surface samples taken

from the C2 Vein is 12 centimeters, which is comparable to the average width of

the C1 Vein. The average grade of the 33 samples collected from the C2 Vein is

14.03 g/t gold (median grade 10.0 g/t gold). This translates into an average

grade of 0.41 opt gold and a median grade of 0.29 opt gold. Table 2, below,

summarizes sample information from the C2 Vein. It includes 14 samples taken

from the C2 Vein prior to the current reporting period.

This next excerpt proclaims the rich C-2 vein, a vein that is very little mentioned, but has also been mined to an extent. Very important bulk grades returned from this vein .

"The bulk sample material was extracted from the C2 Vein. The bulk samples were processed at the milling facility of Dynacor Gold Mines Inc. located immediately north of the Property. To date, a total of 32.3 tons of bulk sample material averaging 3.14 oz/t gold has been extracted from ongoing underground exploration development at the C2 Vein at the Tesoro Property including 4.1 tons averaging 5.84 oz/t gold and 13 tons averaging 2.02 oz/t gold. The Company is pursuing a high grade shoot on the C2 Vein to investigate its size, continuity and geometry."
