For anyone that has not receive their papers, the only possible solution I can see as time is of the essence, is to email St.Elias AND copy in the Exchange, and the BCSC, so that the echange and BCSC sees a copy of all email sent to the company.

If no reply is received within 24 hours, repeat the meail and copy in all parties again.

Advise the company you have not received your papers as required by law 21 days before, and you would like them sent recorded delivery.

It is imperative that the Exchange and BCSC receive a copy of every email IMO.

Rick can probably suggest the correct people to copy in, ideally one at the exchnage and one at the BCSC.

It would be interesting to see the holdings of those that have not received their papers!
