Message: What institutions holding back?

The problem with a focus on one address is, that if you keep getting an incompetent or unprofessional person, you are most likely to get that same non action over and over. I believe it may be better to send to many, whereas the odds may increase that some competent may act on what they receive. As we very well know, the usual recipients of our concerns, appear to do nothing. Why not send to many?

The Canadian Coalition of Good Goverance is one place to send it to and document acknowledgement.

I can not stress enough for investors that are sending letters to document every step, importantly the acknowledgements from the recipients, to ascertain perhaps future litigations of Negligence in mitigating risk under applicable acts in the future. We must understand that even employees of regulators or empowered authorities have not only an obligation to their job, but the public interest as well. If acts of incompetence develop as a result of an employee not doing their job, accountability issues enter which are punishable by civil liabilities.
