.... to appoint/sign their registered voting shares/rights to another to vote their shares AT THE AGM, this intent must be FILED with the transfer agent (Olympia Trust), at least 48 hours before the start time of the meeting.

Also, anyone doing this, MUST ensure that managements name is crossed out on the proxy form, and the person designated as voting your shares, is entered there, otherwise the Chair, may not accept the proxy as valid.
