No person can be elected as a director using proxies unless the nominee director has consented in writing AND the information regarding the nominee director has been disclosed in an information circular. Registered shareholders can vote from " the floor " and nominate directors without the director nominee information being in an Information circular. This is the key , take your lesson well .
