Lori states in her Circular that Robert is a Director and on the Audit Committee of Solid Gold Resources

Upon further digging Robert Krause was removed as a Director of Solid Gold Resources on May 2 2013 at a Special Shareholder Meeting called by a Dissidents Shareholders Group. By what???
