It states in the SLI Circular that Robert Krause IS a Director of Canada Strategic Metals Inc. Please note IS. Not Was a Director.

I have evidence from the Canada Strategic Metals Information Circular, dated Oct.1 2013, that Mr Krause did not stand for re-election as a Director at the C.S.M meeting of November 5 2012. See point #7

1) The fair value of each option granted is estimated at the date of grant using the Black-Scholes option-pricing model with the following weighted average assumptions: weighted average risk free interest rate: 1.18%; weighted average expected volatility: 169%; weighted average expected life: 4.9 years; and weighted average expected dividend yield: 0%.

2) Mark Baggio resigned as a director of the Corporation on March 25, 2013.

3) Ron Mac Donald resigned as a director of the Corporation on March 25, 2013.

4) Jenna-Lee Nora Hardy resigned as a director of the Corporation on March 25, 2013.

5) Eileen Hao resigned as a director of the Corporation on March 25, 2013.

6) David McMillan resigned as a director of the Corporation on July 19, 2013.

7) Robert Krause did not stand for re-election at the meeting of November 5, 2012.

8) Hardy Forzley did not stand for re-election at the meeting the November 5, 2012.
