By the amount of people that are reporting that they have not received their circulars, we know they were not sent out to the USA and other foreign countrys, only 30million votes cast out of 117 million ,which is aprox 24%, Im guessing aprox 50-70% of the shareholders never got a chance to vote, because they never got their circulars, the other 5% belongs to managment and we know they got theirs.
