I think at this very time, the evidence we have may be incontestable and I believe any top prestigious law firm would take up this case. To further, I don,t believe a lawyer would be needed, the defendent doesn,t have a defence. I see much bigger ways to not only help SLI investors, but possibly many others that have lost money in these markets over the last several years due to negligence by the regulators and Exchanges. Perhaps its time that 100,s of thousands of investors take back what is theirs?
