How can a CEO say she will "answer all emails", and when challenged, reply "I'm too busy to respond to them all because I'm running the company"?

Interesting to note that they were sold to in presentations by Lorri and Jeff Ruskowski, I was not aware that people were being presented to in SLI offices. That has not been mentioned before to my knowledge!

I would suggest the course of action here is very clear, but not for the BB at this stage.
