Personally, I don,t think investors should settle for a measly couple billion, until they know exactly what the Tesoro holds, it may be worth many multiples of that figure. Perhaps a class action can be broken into two parts, one for valued damages at present, with an open suit until the Tesoro is further examined? Wow, someone may have to bail out the owners of the TMX and the Canadian Government?
