The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Inform Exploration Corp.'s (now OrganiGram Holdings Inc.) reverse takeover (RTO) and related transactions, all as principally described in its filing statement dated July 30, 2014. The RTO includes the following matters, all of which have been accepted by the exchange.

Acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of OrganiGram Inc

If the name "Inform Exploration" sounds familiar, it is because they held the option on our South Rim property, but it looks like they had to let it go:

Inform was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) and is publicly traded reporting issuer listed on the TSX-V. Inform was formerly engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of natural resource properties and will cease all resource exploration activity concurrent with the Transaction

5.1 Full Description of Material Change

The Company signed an amending letter agreement with St. Elias Mines Ltd. (“St. Elias”) in September 2013 regarding the option to acquire up to a 75% undivided interest in and to the South Rim Property. Under the terms of the letter agreement, the Company agreed to pay $20,000 to St. Elias toward exploration work. St. Elias agreed to cancel the balance of the required $100,000 exploration expenditures required by the 24 months from the Company’s listing date. The Company has subsequently elected to abandon the South Rim Project.

Geez.. I sure hope SLI still holds some of those shares paid to them through the option agreement. At $2.00 plus a share that would certainly help the bank account!!!
