This is very similar to the AGM last year that I attended of SLI. Lori kept trying to adjourn the meeting, despite I making it known that there were investor concerns that needed to be addressed. I asker Lori; "do you know if this is legal, shutting the meeting down without hearing shareholders?", her reply; "I don,t know, I am not a lawyer", then proceeded in adjourning the meeting, lol.
